Opens the Key-in window, which is used to browse, construct, and enter key-ins. If the key-ins of a single application (ConstructSim Planner or selected MDL) are displayed, the title bar identifies the application.

To undock the Key-in window and simultaneously expand it to its full size, select Help > Key-in Browser.
